Russ Christner left us not too long ago. Those who knew him remember with special fondness that genial smile, his warm embracing welcome - and that familiar cowboy hat! You see, Russ was a genuine Texan who greeted every guest Texas-style as an old friend. You might see him strolling aound the dining room in his apron... or joining in the sing along in the piano bar.

Most of all, folks remember Russ these days whenever they take their first juicy bite of prime steak or fresh seafood. That's because the high standards of quality demanded by Russ are strictly adhered to today. That famous Del Frisco's quality is his legacy. Russ used to say that Del Frisco's was "just a humble little steakhouse." Well, ask the regulars who come back over and over, or the first time guest who discovers that a meal at Del Frisco's is an exquisite dining experience. They'd probably agree that for their money, Del Frisco's is the "best little steakhouse in America!"   Thanks, Russ!
